PREDICTIONS 2014… part one

TV PATROL (dec 31)

PINOY VIBES aired dec 29,2013

Last year I warned about calamities and unrest. They all came true. Now I will speak of having more willpower to do what is right and wisdom to know what is wrong. Preparedness is very important and the willingness to learn from all the lessons 2014 will bring. Some may brush aside what I see but I hate to be right when the time comes.

If resiliency was the theme of last year, it is of utmost importance to have more discernment and patience this year. Hotter heads, fiery words, violent actions will never solve problems. It should be addressed with a strong will for change and sincerity in actions. “Pakitang gilas” will be the desperate course of action of some government officials or appointees – but are they really sincere?

I appealed to the President before not to take sides but rather be fair in everything and with everyone. Now I am appealing for the same and faster response to matters that need attention. Discontentment may lead to an uprise and this is detrimental to everyone. Government must be self-critical and take measures to fix the issues as to avoid reaching that critical mass of self-destruction.

Discern… discern and discern for the many whys and reasons of everything. Is this for self-interest or for the common good? Many want a government position and may even go to the extent of staging something just to get that power.

The PREDICTIONS:

Four government officials/appointees to be replaced because of coming in too strong – having that bully image.  This notoriety may lead to a call for their resignation. Civil unrest or discontentment.

People discontentment will arise because of a female official’s pakitang gilas. She must learn the words SENSITIVITY and not arrogance.

Health of a high profile – high ranking official to deteriorate suddenly

More crimes because of the violent energies. Police will fall short of their capabilities to protect and serve. The police officials must clean its own ranks to save face.

Another controversy will come up while on the Napoles case development.

Unrest towards the second quarter— this is very critical because people may take to the streets.

I see an ambush of a convoy

Attempt on the life of a leader

Heated arguments of lawmakers

On the lighter side, good efforts on the side of government will surface to solve some problems beleaguering the country. On this note, the President will earn respect because of this.

This is the stage of our existence when FAITH in God must be above all. Several challenges are up not only for Filipinos but to mankind.  Resiliency counts more than all the modern equipment and help we can get during disasters. People must turn inward, be more forgiving and loving to create a more positive environment. We must have less of the bickering and personal intentions. Our leaders must set aside the old mentality of patronage and favoring only a few. Our President must embody and set the example so that we may rise as a nation and not only the chosen few.

Positive outcome should surface. Lessons must be learned. Love must prevail. Power must be controlled. A year of changes and new things to come. Although the chinese calendar says it is quiet, I feel turmoil. God never punishes. What we are reaping are what we have sown. Let us pray more, meditate more and heed warnings more. Shower the earth with love. Shower everything with love. Let us put down our ego and pride.

The general outlook

ECONOMY: will be generally good with existing businesses expanding. A lot of “new” but faddish type of businesses will surface.  (TEA CAFEs…..) Peso will go up and down but the economic picture is generally okay. Service and the metal industry is okay.

GOVERNMENT: PNOY will experience more squabbling inside his cabinet . He must be careful of “kuryente” and making pronouncements too hastily. He must make sure that his cabinet or government officials are working hand in hand with him and not make him look stupid with wrong decisions (CORONA). On the over-all he is doing okay and there are a lot of changes being instilled for the good of the people. He must, however, protect the interest of the workers and scrutinize well the intentions of shrewd businessmen (PAL DISPUTE GETTING WORSE). He must always keep his health in top shape as stress may catch up too soon. Personal matters should be the last in his priority being the president.

MEDIA/TV personalities:

UPDATE 5) Department of Social Welfare and Development Secretary Dinky Soliman wrote on Monday, March 28, a letter of protest to TV5 management, headed by its chairman Manny Pangilinan, over another controversy involving "Willing Willie" host Willie Revillame.

Soliman had appealed to the network not to allow children to endure ridicule and embarrassment on national television after its early evening program allowed a six-year-old boy named Jan-Jan Suan to perform dance moves akin to male erotic dancing. During the routine, Jan-Jan was crying amid laughs from the audience and strikingly from Revillame himself.

In an e-mail to Yahoo! OMG! Philippines, Soliman said: "I will write a letter of protest to Channel 5 (and) to Mr. Manny Pangilinan regarding the case and we should all write him and demand that children should not be part of the show. They should not be used as instrument for enjoyment and to be laughed at. I will send the communication today."

The colossal crocodile caught in the Philippines Saturday has been given a name – and officials are checking to see if the 20-foot beast is the largest croc of its kind ever ensnared alive.

"Lolong," as the monster saltwater croc has been dubbed, was suspected of being a man-eater, leading people in the Bunawan township in the southern Philippines to rejoice when he was caught in a steel-cable trap and pulled from a creek, The Associated Press reported.

His capture led to a mini-festival in the farming village about 515 miles southeast of the capital of Manila.

Grand display of lights in the sky……

Nov. 17, 2011

Don't look now, but the sky is falling.

Or maybe you do want to look; it's harmless and pleasant. Every year at this time, the Leonid meteor shower brightens the sky in the hours after midnight. If the weather is clear and you have an appetite, you may enjoy a quiet display of shooting stars.

We're passing through the debris left by a comet called 55P/Tempel-Tuttle. As pieces — some as small as grains of sand — burn up in our atmosphere, they leave brief, bright streaks. They'll appear to come from the constellation of Leo the Lion, south of the Big Dipper.
